how many delivery devices/platforms are there ?
does ntek/ultraflix already have a presence at retail ? ( answer is yes)
the fact that ultraflix is not yet on sony. hisense. whatever. means they're still working on those platforms. means money spent
regardless of what you "believe", dollars aren't unlimited ( at any company). money for development/product roll-out now ( while market is in infancy) is priority 1
how many tvs ( devices and platforms) exist worldwide? how many are uhd/4k ready ? ntek is not missing any large market movement ( where promotions are key to success. not even close )
if tvs, devices.and platforms = 2.5billy unit-market ( underestimated)
then how many uhd/4k tvs are currently in homes ( according to your research)?
50milly, 75milly, 150milly ?
probably under 50 milly. = no more than 2% of projected-market ( that will be buying uhd/4k replacement units. devices. platforms to deliver 4k over the next 12-15yrs)
once again. p1 = tvs/devices/platforms ( to even begin to access the current/approx 50milly market)
p2 = content uploads
p3 = marketing
as i said. tvs are already marketing ultraflix. best buy. vizio. samsung. sony even. dollars most wisely allocated to get ultraflix product out/leverage content
we'll get plenty of sales. more from expanding into platforms (without marketing ), than from marketing product ( that does not yet "exist" on most tvs/devices/platforms already out)
just common sense. biz 101
