Can't believe it - what part don't you agree with?
Post# of 60
That URBT has no SEC reported financials?
The stations that URBT stated are on air - are not on air?
That this company may broadcast on Analog UHF or VHF stations?
That no one has rabbit ears on TVs any more?
That no one will watch or can watch UHF or VHF broadcasts?
That the Time Warner news release is unusual because it does not include someone from Time Warner in a joint news release?
URBT has not released a business plan?
Management's track record in media is questionable?
And if you believe in the company, it appears from SEC filings that the company filed a Form D to raise 5 million, and you can directly invest in the company. But before you invest make sure you do your due diligence and obtain what I believe may be SEC required disclosures from the company.
Also note that reading the judgement in Texas vs Urban Television, any monies raised may need to pay the outstanding judgement which is over one million dollars.
Are you going to put new money in? Or are you going to pump the stock, promote the stock, to potentially raise the stock price through bulletin board posts, along with potential material non-public discussions with the CEO to issue more news releases in a potentially coordinated effort to manipulate the stock price?
Investors, do your due diligence. Be careful.
Explain to board watchers why you'd rather invest in the stock through your broker rather than directly invest in this company with new capital. Be a good person.
