Covering their own ass! They thought....n sold the idea n we should be OTC by now, but the auditors won't Sighn off for some reason so we keep geting dragging along for yet one more quarter again.....n they let their old shiz expire.......in the mean time they let us down huge today!!!!!!! N the failure in the handle explains all!!!!!!!! We had this! N wow!!!!!!
