If one sees a train wreck going to happen, good people should step up and warn people to do their due diligence. Good people help other people with truthful public information from court cases.to enable people to evaluate an investment.
I cant believe it that the SEC hasn't yet discovered penny stock fraud in URBT by public stock officers, directors, and stock promoters who try to pump up a stock with news releases that entice investors to invest while providing no financial information and no disclosure about the business plans and full disclosures about personal and public judgements against URBT, Punch TV, and Collins.
And why are you promoting this stock on bulletin boards?
