because imo *entity* expected shares to be sold .. and i strongly suspect
they expected them .. starting to be sold .. by June .. courtesy of the bank
working in conjunction with Gilardi .. which is why certain events *imo*
make sense .. including the *block trade* of 5.26.15 .. the *use* of and sale
of .. whatever was left of that 1M cert re: Dec 2014 *settlement* (imo cert
became unrestricted approx 6.15.15) .. the *reset* of the 52 week low
from 5c to 0492 (remember the block trade done @ 049
that was *never acknowledged by anyone* but clearly shows on the tape)
and the use of VNDM splitting almost 50% exactly (800k per) with Nite
for September's *volume*
like the last 2 + years >> each round has been designed and done to get P2O investors to sell *legit* shares
entity/s are experts at creating *illusions* and they rely on shit *posters* to work psychology daily
notice the ATS Dark Pool %s start to ramp when settlement cert appears to be exhausted (sold out)
notice that October's volume (until i mocked it on the site of OTC stock manipulation) was running @ 810,000 shares
(about 80,000 less than July 2015's .. which was the lowest *volume*
for 2015) .. October is currently the 2nd lowest volume for 2015 .. and
i'd lay odds a large % of that *volume* is wash traded just like all the other months
there is no making a market in PTOI .. there hasn't been for years
these morons have literally counted on stalling and controlling each round
for so long .. *many* (not all) may think this normal
it's anything but
but they can do this .. because unlike retail .. they aren't *limited* re: access
of info or orchestrating *combined* efforts .. if we did what they did .. we'd
be investigated
and to be clear >> PTOI isn't the only targeted OTC stock >> just one of the rare ones
that @ the 6 year window .. has less than 125M I/O
couple that with a disruptive tech *funded* first by founder's shares and then by current ceo ..
added to 200 + actual investors (not traders .. not those straddling swing traders)
*many* who imo have never sold one share .. and it's why
they would *show* a sale each day of 12500 .. even if they haven't been sold yet by Gilardi's bank
