Obviously we are all becoming impatient and angry that the FAA is taking such a long time to give Baltia a formal 'PASS' for the last mini. I understand that the local Michigan FAA recommended a PASS when they sent their report to the Washington office. IMO the reason for the delay is because the FAA is trying to present justification for their decision to PASS the mini without being open to criticism. Three months certainly seem to be an adequate amount of time for the FAA and their legal team to complete this task so______again, IMO the FAA is probably just about ready to present their explanation for giving Baltia a PASS regardless of the somewhat expected slide failures totally unrelated to the excellent performance of Baltia's capable flight crews.
