Here's a suggestion to all of you.
Call SpecMark in Nashville. Talk to a man named Don managing the HJOE account. I spent easily 30 minutes on the phone with him yesterday. I voiced my concerns about contacting the company, filings, and share price declining. Here's what I learned...
They have a HUGE backer out of Franklin , TN that is throwing money at this.
SpecMarks cant even keep up with the demand and orders right now for HJOE, and they offered to put me on a list to be contacted after they catch up a week or so from now.
They have just completed a deal in Canada to open channels of distribution with the 2nd largest retailer in Quebec.
I have No idea how much of this is information he was supposed to reveal or not... but he is very open. I asked about why they won't file, and he said at one of their weekly meetings they had come to the decision that they won't until the end of the year because of manipulating old share holders and partners trying to destroy the stock, at least 1 of which is on the board. They are waiting for "game changer" filing and expect it over the next 10 months. * long time I know * before the SEC puts a STOP sign.
I voiced concerns about them keeping up with product demand in my stores.
He said HJOE has a Vast warehouse of product and is continuously shipping and completing production runs.
