In accordance with our prior letter to you on October 13th, 2015, we are sending this letter to advise that the $150,000 referred to therein has been successfully raised by the Company and transferred to the provider, Wild Stallions, LLC.

We have encouraging news on funding. As you can see from the attached letter, we’ve been having continuing discussions regarding the financial instrument set forth in our most recent 8K. We have been advised that a $75,000,000 lump sum single payment to Q Lotus Holdings Inc. will be enabled by the payment of $150,000 towards the $1,500,000 total cost of the $500,000,000 HSBC financial instrument, which is to be delivered to the Q Lotus Holdings Inc. bank account when fully paid.
