r/s would allow for the stock to have a better chance of maintaining a $0.01 bid which is a requirement to uplist to the QB exchange. only way investors lose is if Joel converts shares or investors here sell at a loss.
on to my next question, what is going on with the cedar? It's been how many months since Joel said that he would have this done?? it's almost as if there is a problem with his financial statements that are holding us back from getting that done..
