It also demonstrates ongoing difficulties the current BOD find themselves. Actually, it is a bit revealing in that it also illustrates the commitment the big Canadian has on TECO; mortgaging ones residence to save/rescue a flailing and struggling company while receiving no compensation and putting in lots of hours at work speaks volume.
And so, just like you boss, it appears he also seems disappointed and frustrated and was kind enough to express it. Remarkably, the post also gives hope while underscoring the mountain that needs to be climbed to bring this into a respectable company, if at all. One even wonders the reason he is doing it.
