They told me if I have a SAMSUNG TIZEN model
they 'MIGHT' be able to help me MANUALLY
DOWNLOAD the ULTRAFLIX APP onto the
TV.
I only have the older SAMSUNG where of course
UF is already loaded on or I would have tried.
If you feel like it maybe its worth a try.
