The crowdfunding campaign is intended to increase our sales, marketing and development personnel. Epazz, Inc. is gearing up to launch the campaign on our own funding platform during the month of September. We have already heard from investors interested in backing the campaign. Revenue-based offerings are non-dilutive to our shareholders.

The funds will be used to increase our sales and marketing workforce. Epazz, Inc. needs to hire additional sales and marketing personnel to promote our successes in implementing our cloud-based solutions for new government and business customers.
