Lets say that the Issued and Outstanding is 1,400,000 shares, but the count of shares is 2,800,000.
How does the system decide who is the real owner.
It is highly likely, in fact guaranteed, that some or even most of my shares were not shares Issued and Sold by NTEK. Some of my shares may very well have been invented by a short. Yet I am a long investor only. Never short. To me, the sytem sold me shares that I have the right to vote.
But NTEK is only prepared to count 1,400,000 shares.
It would appear that the time of the vote is not equal to the kind of announcement and the time of announcement that would cause real shorts to pay whatever price necessary to close out 1,400,000 short shares. These two actions may be part of the same movement, but one precedes the other.
