I am very happy to see Baltia's update on its Face

The results of the mini have not been determined....neither pass, nor fail, so "appeal" is certainly the wrong word.
What is going on...in my opinion...is that the FAA wants to give the thumbs up to mini evac #7.....since clearly the staff did everything correctly, and everything under Baltia's control worked perfectly, and the imperfection in the test (that was out of Baltia's control) was addressed....above and beyond the call of duty.....but..... they need the official approval from their legal department first.
I have been in business over 30 years, and in every business dealing I have ever had, it is always the accountants and the lawyers that F things up.....and by Fing things up, what I mean is that it is closing in on 14 weeks that we have not known the results of a 15 second test.
Think to yourself every test you have ever heard of in your life.....from your school years to college, and even into medical testing or soil testing or even forensic testing........13+ weeks to get a result?
That's what I mean by "Fing" things up.....but this too shall pass.
Baltia will prevail.
Hang in there.
Godspeed Baltia, its personnel, and its loyal shareholders..........
