It simply makes me think running a shorting crew is the way to go. All they mention is looking at the companies filings and finding problems. Heck they don't seem to have the will and resources to look through financials that companies spoon feed them. No damn wonder the shorting crews feel untouchable. They don't provide anyone the evidence to convict themselves like companies are required to do!
