That is it in a nutshell..if that yahoo page Is accurate, then technically shares have already been reduced for whatever reason. whether someone convinced francine of converting her shares to preferred, or she's in the process of transference of those shares. wow, either way it literally is only a matter of time. Official confirmation could literally be right around the corner.
