Based on what I heard from a good source the crowdfunding was there to expand fleet. It's more or less on hold until they get the pass otherwise would complicate things in many ways. Fees, added certification etc. only makes sense after they get to proving flights. I heard it was not for operations. That is apparently covered through certification. These are birds whispering in my ears so do your own dd to confirm. Good luck to us Baltiacs!! We deserve it.
