There have been other very recent large transaction topping 17,000,000 shares also; and a host of smaller large single transactions. They happen at the end of the day, and the MM accumulate for a specific buyer who is undoubtedly committed to buy at either a certain price or at a price that covers the MM risk plus profit.
The MM are either helping shorts retire or they are helping longs buy. Very likely that some of the retirees and new buyers are the same entity.
NTEK is profitable and profit is growing. NTEK BK is highly unlikely unless NTEK extends itself buy borrowing 10,000,000 to make these new investments that are rumored to have just presented themselves. NTEK's recently announced interest in a restructure indicates that they want to extend themselves using equity, not debt. BK is not on the horizon.
That means that an intelligent MM is not taking the short risk to price a share price from .008 to 0. If that sounds stupid and foolish to you and me then think how stupid and foolish that sounds to the MM taking the short risk.
MM also cannot invest on the basis that our Management are lightweights; either operationally or financially. If anything, MM must recognize the same talent we see.
So I believe that the MM's are providing a service to big boys who are currently sitting on a massive short victory who now need to get out; and to the same or other big boys who now want in. Other than that? I don/t think .008 to 0 happens.
I AM IN. We are back to the "Cold Dead Hands" argument. Let The Games Continue.
