I have figured it out!
I have been asking myself why would Baltia Airlines go out and set up a Crowdfunder site requesting 10 million. After putting together clues and what not, I have figured out the reason behind this.
Baltia Airlines has the money to be funded to certification and beyond. It is through the PP, by the big whales. The Crowdfunder is for a whole different ballgame. It is being set up to be ready to buy another 747 in the fleet once the certification comes through. That's what it's there for. It's a brilliant plan. They aren't desperate for cash. They are being proactive!
I am frustrated that the pps is going down, don't get me wrong on that. I would love to see my investment go up anytime soon since we're so close!
But after talking to a few people, and listening to other message board members, I am starting to see the strategy being put together by Baltia. They have shown that they are proactive, and I can see it. The crowdfunder, which I thought was a fraud and a bad idea, was actually wrong on my part. After doing my DD, I finally realize the game plan, and now I really support this move. I just hope it works!
Guys, Izzzzieeeee is right on the 8-K and 10-k/a forms, and people just jump ship too quickly. The crowdfunder did send the wrong message to many, and made many lose confidence at a quick glance. Since I read the entire profile on crowdfunder...it is all about expanding the fleet.
I hope the pps stays this low until Monday...because that's where I'm buying more shares. BALTIA LONG AND STRONG!
