so here's my question that I don't understand. We have all argued for a long time with the bashers especially on the other board that Baltia has wealthy investors to fund them through certification. If this is true why do we need crowd funding for 10 million dollars, if we have the investors and the cash to get through to the end why are we looking for new investors and millions of dollars.
