Investors rely heavily on OTCMarkets.com for research of small caps. I called OTC earlier this year and they told me they instituted a subscriber fee for companies that wish to go for QB when they previously hadn't done that. Baltia met all those requirements prior to the fee.
The stock went from OTCQB to Pink to Yield within 2 or 3 weeks of each other. When so many investors rely on the site for information, people look at that movement and assume there is a real issue at the company.
The average person using that site doesn't have a clue how their rating system works. There was no reason for BLTA to move to Yield for that short period of time. Maybe corrupt was the wrong word... But their system is definitely flawed.
