It's not what is said, but how.
Example:
I know cltdave personally. We are in another stock together. We go to their shm's together, break bread...email, phone chat.
He has a way to express concerns, that is not whining, but he gets his displeasure expressed...vents.
Every now and then Dave ticks me off, we hash it out then it's done.
If posters use some class, be good word smithers vs bitching it's ok.
