Re: mikedallas14 #53622
I think you are very close to it Mikedallas14 ! Let's take the larger picture into a better perspective here.

First: 7 million shares is INSANELY LOW.
2ND: Entering the market in the QB is pretty easy with that valuation and AUDITED financials.
3RD: Bill MUST have a plan in place and I have NO reason to think he does not that will allow us to enter the higher exchanges in a very short amount of time.
4TH: When we do make our move to the higher exchanges it will mean that we have a sustainable INCOME / REVENUE , because that is ALL that folks in the upper exchanges even give a shit about.
It is part of the TRUE valuation process and has to be there.
5TH: That said.....it would ONLY make sense that the MERE 7 million shares available would NOT be enough. That would mean a forward split of about 10 to 1........or........for every share available it would be now 10 shares. In order for that to happen, the share price BEFORE the forward split would need to be high enough to maintain our status within the rules of the exchange, so we may even see a 5 for 1 forward split.
The point is that this puppy is gonna run hot as hell once all things fall together, and the 700 to one everyone is crying about is gonna be a giggling point at the end of the day IN MY OPINION. Sorry to those who do not understand that at this point. There will only be 7 million shares so if you want to sell me yours.....I am in !!!!!
Back to lurking. GLTA
