Spectators don't own the company. Shareholders do.

We are owed a fiduciary responsibility, and they legally have to look out for our interest. Take the corporation DOLE, for example. They were on the hook for $148 million after it was ruled that execs drove down their company’s stock price so they could shortchange shareholders and buy the business on the cheap. Do I think that's what Baltia is doing? No. But as a fiduciary, they have to legally put the health of the shareholder's investment above their own interest.
I love this stock, but dammit this is getting ridiculous without any information. The FAA can't order them to withhold information that is this injurious, for this long, to the stock. Whatever their "M.O." is in regard to PRing and releasing information needs to bend, and they need to furnish us with whatever they can legally furnish. This wait has cost shareholders MILLIONS.
Been discussing it with my wife... I think I'm setting a date, and if we don't have something by then I'm out. I've lost all confidence, and I'm not the only one. Far from it.
