is pleased to announce that it has entered into negotiations to acquire an additional 3.9 acre property located in Oroville, Washington (the "Oroville Property" . The Oroville Property is capable of housing up to three additional tier three licensees; these leases of up to one acre per tenant will be Washington State I-502-compliant. The Company has received written confirmation from local authorities that the Oroville Property is compliant with this anticipated usage. New Age Farm expects to close escrow on the Oroville Property and to take up occupancy within the next 120 days.
