Ok just was going through the pony board and I was wondering what people think who don't wear a cheerleader skirt and carry pompoms for NTEK. Denny mentioned that the proxy vote might be for a buyout. Do you think that is why they were storing away all those shares with the fake capital group, so they could override what the real investors vote to do? I don't know if that's good or bad...it could be either way, but after thinking about how many shares they put into that group, I figure it would be used to override any votes that don't go their way. Assuming this is even a real possibility and not some additional pony dreams and wishes.
For me, even if I saw that this company had the potential to do well, I would totally vote for a buyout right now. I don't trust what management is doing or that they have our best interests at heart. I think they are looking out for themselves and the rest of us be damned.
