thinking of some on this board that just because NTEK
said they are going to increase the CONTENT Budget
from 2 to 10 MILLION, some are thinking they are going
to do it right away. WRONG WRONG.
As Ronwy rightly notes, at current pace it will take
about 3-4 months work just to load the 766 PARAMOUNTS
remaining not to mention the Backlog of other CONTENT
deals that have been put on hold to load the PARAMOUNTS.
So it makes no sense for NTEK to go deeply in debt for
mega content deals right now when they don't have the capacity
to load it anyway.
LOOK > NTEK will do about $15.M revenues this year
2015 and projecting $70M for 2016.
Content Budget is now planned to rise from 2M to 10M
which is ABOUT THE SAME RATIO AS THE TOTAL
REVENUE RISE FROM 2015 to 2016.
When you look at it in this light simple common sense
tells you what NTEK was saying in the SHL is that they
when increase the CONTENT BUDGET OVER TIME
LIKE ALL OF 2016 as profits roll in and they can
RE-INVEST them.
No more complicated than that.
The great thing about them actually saying this in
the SHL however is that they are once again SHOWING
THEIR CONFIDENCE that ULTRAFLIX is actually
going to make that $70M revenue number for 2016 !
