The recap they have in mind is some sort of "current shareholders first" offer to allow us to say no to retaining our current market share. Or pony up money roughly equivalent to todays current market value.
The only issue for us is whether we buy shares now at todays price or keep our money and buy after the company describes the offers that are on our plate.
