Once NTGL is spun off it should help NTEK. The company will be a shareholder just like us without any liabilities. Those who were short NTEK shares on 2/6/15 are going to be exposed. I expect the company has an OBO and a NOBO list as of that date. Going to be interesting to see how our brokerage firms respond when they are short. On a side note sending out the proxy is not inexpensive and remember the company chose to do this so something major is involved. Remember our vote was not required to increase the authorized. That is telling. Fun days ahead for NTEK longs. Go NTEK!!!
