If Bao invests in CWRN,they will have Brazil,and Australia beat.I am about as convinced as I can get that CWRN has accepted Bao's proposal(based on current drilling,and undoubtedly Bao has told the parent/s of it's love affair with CWRN)of marriage,and the wdding date/s are being planned,along with the reception to follow,plus the grand honeymoon announcement,in a PR.
