yes Lajet. I'm 99% sure that's part of it. Remember this
proxy vote is not going to happen for SEVERAL WEEKS
yet.
NTEK business is going to get MUCH STRONGER
in those weeks as UF gets on more platforms and
the Marketing Campaign kicks in and more good
news comes out.
Bottom line the PROXY is being done from a position
of STRENGTH to position the company to be able
to grow as big as NFLX in the coming years.
