All that matters is REVENUES and GROWTH.
Everything else is far secondary and frankly
just noise as to how NTEK decides to structure the
company with the proxy.
Again all of NTEK trades @ $14.4M right now even
if they maxed out the entire A/S of 1.8B.
And as long as UF gets on 90% 4K platforms this yr
then NTEK will be on pace to $70M revenues 2016.
NTEK will easily trade @ a $70M mkt cap next year
with that kind of revenue growth and could easily
trade at 2X to 3X those $70M revenues.
The news that NTEK has released in the latest SHL
clearly shows their confidence and a CONCRETE
plan to accomplish 2016 projections.
