It may not be that simple. Whos to say Baltia hasn't written them a letter everyday asking for a retest? The FAA themselves could have solved that by telling them they need to retest. Management is 25 years into this. When they started the group of them were full of testosterone. It is a sad medical fact that as time goes on so does the male testosterone level decrease. Of course they need to be tactful in their approach, knowing who took their other leg to begin with because you are correct, it seems like we do only have one leg remaining. My point is management knows how many rounds they have left to fight. If we are in the tenth with two rounds to go I'm okay with the wait assuming they feel they have enough left in them to answer the bell and fight the good fight in the 12th. But if we are already 2 minutes into the 12th, and I think it is possible that we are, we should not wait for them to take our arms legs..... and the source of our testosterone before we let them know we are willing to throw a punch. Because by then it will be too late.
