Very simply put: If you buy, or have bought, 700 shares of FITX, when the split happens on the 31st, then you will receive 1 share of CEN. FITX will be the drink company, and CEN will be the MMJ business.
Now, that said. No one knows what the price for FITX will be on the 31st of November when the deadline for owning shares is.
People are saying $ 4.20, etc. etc. and no body can know that. If FITX goes up in price for any reason then that number will also go up.
Visa versa if it was to go lower.
The main thing to keep in mind is that if you want FREE CEN., shares then you need to buy FITX SHARES at 700:1. 700 shares of FITX IS PRETTY DAMN CHEAP RIGHT NOW. JMO of course. GLTA
