PERSPECTIVE: Talked with Dan in IR on the phone for almost 30 mins today going over a lot of questions that I had. One of the biggest for me is whether or not Ultraflix will be able to even compete for a portion of the streaming business. My question was answered quick in that if this company thought they could not succeed, then we would have seen most of the officers bail. In-fact, it is the opposite where they feel very strong about our success and I feel they would not be in that mindset unless they are getting a warm reception from industry leaders like Sony, Samsung, Paramount and others. If those companies did not want them, we would not exist.....yet we will be on all the 2015 and 2016 Samsungs here any day now to include Sony and Roku.
Advertisement......anyone with business sense or a degree understands how important this part is to everyone. Starting soon we will see more robust advertisements not just from Ultraflix, but from the platforms as well, to INCLUDE Roku!!!!
Live Streaming.....anyone thinking this is not a big deal, think again and while at it, do some DD on the new partners and who they are involved with. These new partners have been chosen for a reason and we will see more expansion in this area IMO.
Content is King..........I also expect we hear about a lot more content coming our way from what I was able to gather.
This is a fast passed market and NTEK is moving quickly to capitalize on deals that continue to come their way. It has been a long process, but the snowball is starting to roll. The payoff will be very big in the end IMO.
