Could the NTGL audit be complete and NTEK mgt been approached to sell controling interest for lets say $40 million. Wasn't we slated to recieve approximately 400m shares in NTGL. NTEK raised A/S 400 million. Possible proxy vote okaying sell of NTGL and we recieve our 400 mil shares in NTEK stock instead of NTGL.
