I believe the difficulty stems from cash allocation. Since we are working on 3 or 4 fronts it's hard to know where to put the cash right now or should I say, at any given moment. The question becomes, where do I go with my cash to give me the best rate of return. It's somewhat a common problem for companies that are not well capitalized.  I suppose one of the biggest issues is the oil business itself. You never really know what the return is until it comes in.

Lets take Belize, we most likely have 2m dollars in it this year, yet we haven't received a 1 dollar in revenue. In retrospect it's easy to say we should have spent that cash drilling in west or east Texas.
