Trading at .0001 worldwide diversified Holdings has experienced some funding delays to date. Although with final financing to be reached in the coming months an opportunity to make a 1000% + percent is highly feasible. A recent buyback of 2 Billion shares is currently under way and a DTC tender offer of .01 is on the table. The way I see it is a merger will happen and worldwide shares will dual list with that entity on the frankfurt exchange.
