Dear Treaty, Trimerica, et. als.:
Why not propose with the SEC an arbitrator to review the filings and if all the info is there, including Kansas info, then drop the suits on all parties and relist the company?
Explain everything.
Some missing points : Kansas (like due to lack of funds never said other than msg board speculation news), Belize (now that its over why not clearly say instead of msg board speculation of Chu and other wanted to wait until after election then it was their guidelines for what a viable oil find is that was not met like 100bbls/day; the investment requests to develop East Texas where it was so called producing big oil but they wanted to dill it to depth (what ended up being a water producer after) along with the outside foreign investor group that got a board seat, addressing everything of issue to the SEC is looking for to statisfaction of the arbitrator.
