Well, I could mention a good Number of NTEK Scenarios:
1. Capital Investing from a Large Fund in exchange for new Money
2. UltraFlix spin-off
3. Ticker Symbol Change reflecting UltraFlix being the dominant Ticker = UFLX
4. Selling NTGL to another Larger gaming company.
5. Distribution of NTGL shares to shareholders of record February, 2015
6. Divesting NTEK of all subsidiaries except UltraFlix
[this would include an NTEK Ticker symbol change].
7. Keeping NTGL as a working subsidiary[Alternative to selling NTGL outright].
8. Announcing the Audit for NTGL with approval from the SEC to distribute the NTGL shares.
9. A merger with a Major Corporation[which I do not want],but will accept if the Ticker symbol of the two merged Companies is renamed to reflect UltraFlix as Mother Company = UFLX.
