Around a 5 bil o/s (100% COMMON) but that is about 85% controlled by 2-3 people including the CEO and COO. Float is about 700 mil with about 400 mil of that in the friendly noteholder hands. NO PREFERRED STOCKS OF ANY TYPE!!!!!!! ACOL
