Good info, but I'm sure NFLX has good lawyers that will get that BS technicality thrown out of court. They've probably already "taken care of the matter" and uploaded the correct version by now, which the judge is going to say, "Well then, CASE DISMISSED." No one @ NFLX is going to lose any sleep over this, and the publicity (whose nature is meant to be negative) will probably draw a lot of people to watch the ancient movie who wouldn't normally watch it, just to see what the drama was all about. For all intents & purposes, I'm willing to bet there's a good chance they did this on purpose as a publicity stunt. Desperation leaves an awful stench.
