Well here is my response to your concerns
1. I agree and have said before a PR firm was and is needed, I do not disagree with you.
2. Up-list was handled how it had to be. The only time the company ever gave a planned date Leo said they planned to up-list this year. All the other deadlines are ihub made. There are things that had to be done including the audited 10k, certain amount of funding available and BOD where the top things. Unfortunately some slime suckers(some from the other board) used all information he shared with shareholders to plan their attack.Shit happens they are moving forward.
3. BOD do some research on them, they are not bottom of the barrel. They are not Merck or Pfizer, but they have qualities that would be used in different areas the company was moving forward in. i would really like to see how you get better resources without having bigger bribes.
These are my opinions on your topics, I can understand your concern in those areas but I will also say it doesn't seem like you have done all of "your own" DD!
