Plans to be Everybody's Phone Company!
not a rocket... but a phone company!

Rumor of an investment firm or group of investors has been totally researching SWHI and their phone company and operations.
If such a firm or group want to maintain 51% of the share structure, nationwide over night! PPS through the ROOOOOOF!

A/S reduction my guess will be a fore sure event.
Also just by reviewing the filings,
SWHI is Everybody's Phone Company, a new phone company, operating in Texas currently.
They became a public company and plan to expand nationwide, from what I've read, things are in the works.
Anyhow, they had received financing like many OTC public companies do, on contract terms and payed off the note before the debt converted to shares. RESPECT!
My guess is the finance company recommended the A/S increase. all in my opinion:
Since this point, SWHI has hired a new management firm, IJJ Corporation. A company built on honest business.
And so, no notes or debt. SWHI & IJJP partnership.
