Nice Java,
I believe it'll be, to protect us from a hostile take over, very common for a young fledgling company. Especially when you have the Mt. Everest / Holly Grail of entertainment on your door step. Considering now, that the cats out of the bag with latest PR release there will be a lot of eyes on this one.
