No No this proxy is not about a MERGER. NTEK doesn't
need or want to merger with anyone for the simple fact
that they have ALL they need with the PARTNERSHIPS
and REVENUE SHARING agreements they have made
and are still in the process of making
with the BIG BOYZ of HOLLYWOOD and TECH LAND.
