Lots of possibilites with he recapitalization. It is interesting that management is putting it to a vote of shareholders since no vote was required to increase the authorized. Think about that and understand that I think NTEK has a very bright future. Understand also that were the company not under attack by shorts our share price would be much greater and there would have been no need to raise the authorized. I look forward to reading what others speculate.
