This is following form. The review process between auditors and NTEK staff found discrepancies that needed to be addressed. As they are fixed now, there should be little delay in finalizing the audit. However, depending on availability of staff and auditors to sit down for the final conference, I would not hazard a guess on a date, nor did NTEK. Been there, done that.

NanoTech Entertainment Update 10.23.15
This is a quick update on some of the questions that have been submitted. A shareholder letter is on the way and will go into more detail here and other business developments. More announcements will come as soon as the company is able to put out the press releases.
UltraFlix
The final testing of UltraFlix's software has been submitted to Sony last Friday. They are very impressed with the build and are making final tweaks. It has been a long time coming and taken a lot of hard work.
The company is still working with Samsung and as said before, a significant amount of re-encoding was necessary with the Tizen system. For Hisense, Amazon and Roku, the company will put out updates as they move along. No dates on these will be given until a confirmed date is known.
The company just updated about the A&E content deal and will look for more information as this progresses. More content developments are to come.
Live streaming testing is currently underway and are making major strides in this area. We have seen the 49ers channel go live and more live streaming updates will be coming here.
The Google Cloud computing has been working very well as evident in the speed in getting titles to UltraFlix. A search bar is being built within the application making it easier to find content customers are looking for.
Nanotech is excited for this year's consumer holiday season and the wave of expansion in the 4K TV market. The company is working hard to keep up with the changes in the industry and technical compatibly across all 4K platforms and devices.
NanoTech Gaming
The audits with NanoTech Gaming has had minor delays that have been fixed, submitted, and should have these back soon. They understand mid-September was the time frame for completion they were given and these types of delays can happen, but will be coming. Until the date is positive for completion they will not put one out. After the audit is completed with NanoTech Gaming the company can focus on the divestitures of Clear Memories and Magic Screen.

Mr. Stone stated the audit would be completed my mid-September and I took that to mean that the number crunching would be completed. So the follow on actions described previously are probably taking place now and/or winding down. Publication is imminent, IMO. This based on many prior audits that I have personally experienced or conducted. I have no inside information on the status and this is just my opinion.
