can anyone else confirm?

OS: 800 million (was 610 mill, June 30, 2015)
AS: 453 million (of which 88 mill are restricted)
- was 400 mill as of June 30th of which 30 mill was restricted, as of June 30, 2015; don't know if the June 30th 30-mill restricted shares are counted in the current 88 mill restricted, or if the 88 mill are a new batch of restricted shares; but the increase in restricted shares (30 mill => 88 mill = 58 mill is almost equal to the increase in the AS from 400=>453 mill = 53 mill), so it could mean the increase in the AS is in the new restricted share count.
- imo, not too bad that the AS increased by 54 mill during this time of growth. I have said in the past, the one thing this company has going for it on the share count side is that the pps is high enough that they don't have to dole out zillions of shares for service costs as some companies do when their pps is down around 0.0001
For example, share payment on $100,000 worth of service debt :
@ pps of 0.0001 = 1 bill shares
@ pps of 0.10 = 1 mill shares (much, much lower share burn rate)
I must say, this aspect of the company looks pretty good to me! If they could just come out with AUDITEDs that were decent, I'd be sold on them and their prospects!
