My opinion on Rosen
A. They drop it quick because they know they aren't dealing with some little Joe Blow attorney outfit. They have an easier out if they get out quickly.
B. They hold out jjst a bit to try and let their entourage cover some of their tracks.
C. They hold out as long as they can because they are stupid and think that they can't be touched.
My personally guess is A, this isn't just some scheme that they can sweep under the rug while nobody is looking. Sullivan has always been very big about cleaning up the trash that does this sort of thing. Rosen isn't stupid and remember the motto "No owner among thieves"! Get out while the getting is good.They may take a few days so they can get their story straight and start damage control.
Those boys on the other, probably this board too, have been being monitored for a little bit now, I know most of them aren't smart so they may continue, but it will start quieting down. I personally will give my time to the attorney if he wants to know what I know and what I have to share, that I haven't already!
